DUE DATES

1. Over the summer, before school starts, students must read their book and take notes as they read. Here is a note-taking guide to support that step. Students should bring their notes to their English class on the first day of school.

2. Students will use their notes to complete the one-pager assignment. They will have time in the first week of school to work on this assignment during their English class.

3. In early September, students will participate in a book talk with a small group of peers and staff who have read the same book.
